DESCRIPTION:Jan Rothuizen is beeldend kunstenaar\, sommigen zullen zijn wer
 k wel herkennen. Zijn werk wordt vertoond op grote filmfestivals en in mus
 ea en gaat de hele wereld over. De tekeningen van Rothuizen geven weer hoe
  de omgeving beleefd kan worden\, als het ware geschreven kaarten of grafi
 sche reportages.  In de TU pauze (12.45-13.45 uur) zal er een lezing zijn
  (Engelstalig) waarin hij de principes van zijn tekenkunst gaat uitleggen\
 , dit zal plaatsvinden in de Oostserre (Oranje Zaal) en is voor iedereen o
 pen. Het is een lunchlezing met verzorgde broodjes door Polis\, de studiev
 ereniging van Landschap en Urbanism. Hier hoef je je niet voor aan te meld
 en! Na de pauze (14.00-16.30 uur) is er een gratis workshop\, waarin je in
  een groep met meneer Rothuizen door de stad Delft wandelt en ontdekt hoe 
 het tekenen in de praktijk gaat. Vervolgens werk je deze opgedane informat
 ie uit tot een tekening met begeleidende hulp van meneer Rothuizen. Voor d
 e workshop zijn er beperkte plekken\, de inschrijvingen zullen maandag 12 
 februari om 13.00 uur open gaan! VOL=VOL Vergeet niet je schetsboek en fin

 s a visual artist\, some will recognize his work. His work is shown at maj
 or film festivals and museums and goes all over the world. Rothuizen's dra
 wings represent how the environment can be experienced\, like written maps
  or graphic reports.  During the TU break (12.45-1.45 p.m.) there will be
  a lecture (in English) in which he will explain the principles of his dra
 wing\, this will take place in the Oostserre (Orange Hall) and is open to 
 all. It is a lunch lecture with catered sandwiches by Polis\, the study as
 sociation of Landscape and Urbanism. You do not need to sign up for this l
 ecture.  After the break (2.00-4.30 p.m.) there will be a free workshop\,
  in which you will walk through the city of Delft in a group with Mr. Roth
 uizen and discover how drawing is done in practice. You will then work thi
 s acquired information into a drawing with guided help from Mr. Rothuizen.
  There are limited spots for the workshop\, registrations will open Monday
 \, February 12\, at 1 p.m.! FULL=FULL. Do not forget to bring your sketchb
