SUMMARY:Cepezed Circular Design Contest | Lustrum 25
DESCRIPTION:cepezed is bezig met de realisatie van een nieuw te bouwen kant
 oorgebouw op de locatie aan de Nieuwelaan\, Delft. Het is het vierde bouwd
 eel op het terrein en heeft daarmee de werknaam ‘bouwdeel D’. Het bouw
 vlak is ca. 21\,5 x 11 meter\, waar maximaal 4 bouwlagen gerealiseerd kunn
 en worden. De opdracht is te zoeken naar een maximale efficiënte invullin
 g van deze bouwenvelop op een zo circulair mogelijke wijze. De functie va
 n het gebouw is multi-tenant kantoor.  Belangrijk speerpunt voor het gebo
 uw is het ontwerpen van een circulair en innovatief gevelsysteem. Input hi
 ervoor kan gehaald worden uit de drie voorbeeldprojecten die gepresenteerd
  worden gedurende een lezing op cepezed. Daarnaast kan er inspiratie worde
 n opgedaan bij het aansluitende bouwplaatsbezoek. Gewerkt wordt in groepen
  van 2 á 3 personen en de ontwerpen zullen op donderdag 20 juni worden ge
 ëxposeerd in het kantoor van cepezed\, gecombineerd met een (netwerk)borr
 el. --- cepezed is working on a new office building at the location of the
  Nieuwelaan\, Delft. It’s the fourth building on their terrain and has t
 he name ’bouwdeel D’. The plot is about 21\,5 x 11 meters\, with a max
 imum of four stories. The assignment is to look how to use this plot as ef
 ficient and circulair as possible. The building's function will be a mult
 i tenant office building.  An important aspect of the new building will b
 e the design of an circulair and innovative facade. Input for this design 
 will be given to you during the lecture at cepezed. After the lecture the 
 building site will be visited to get inspired. For the contest you can par
 ticipate in groups of 2 or 3 persons. The final designs will be exhibited 
 at the 20th of July in the office of cepezed during an network drink.
