Bij Octatube creëren we slimme en nieuwe oplossingen voor complexe en specialistische architectonische constructies. Ons portofolio bevat verschillende iconische en inspirerende projecten zoals; het glazen entreegebouw van het Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam, de kabelnetgevel van de Markthal in Rotterdam en de uitbreiding van het Victoria & Albert museum in Londen. Met onze unieke aanpak gaan ontwerpen en maken hand in hand: van technisch ontwerp en detaillering tot productie, montage en onderhoud.

Als startend bouwkundige kun je bij Octatube je hart ophalen. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar met passie wordt gewerkt aan het realiseren van bijzondere en uitdagende architectuur. 

Je kunt bij ons aan de slag als engineer, constructeur, projectmanager, projectcoördinator, inkoopengineer, salesengineer of een combinatie hiervan. In iedere rol draag je met jouw expertise bij aan onze unieke projecten die je ziet groeien van design naar build. Wij snappen als geen ander dat het bundelen van individuele expertises en talenten essentieel is voor de “purpose” van Octatube: uitdagende architectuur realiseren. 

We stimuleren Octanen het beste uit zichzelf en elkaar te halen. Je bent regisseur van je eigen pad binnen Octatube. We vertrouwen in elkaar en geven elkaar de ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen. We geloven niet in managementstructuren en zijn dan ook zelfsturend ingericht (Holacracy). Als startend bouwkundige kun heb je de kans om binnen verschillende teams te kijken om je interesses en talenten verder ontwikkelen en misschien zelfs nieuwe ontdekken.

Binnen ons bedrijf wordt je onderdeel van onze levendige community van Octanen die een passie hebben voor bijzondere architectuur en techniek. Naast hard werk en onszelf uitdagen vinden wij het belangrijk om de sfeer hoog te houden. Onze feestcommissie houdt zich dan ook actief bezig met het organiseren van feestjes, sportactiviteiten, excursies, enzovoorts.

At Octatube, we specialize in creating innovative solutions for complex architectural constructions. Our portfolio includes several iconic and inspiring projects, such as the glass entrance building of the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam, the cable net façade of the Markthal in Rotterdam, and the expansion of the Victoria & Albert museum in London. Our unique approach combines design and construction, allowing us to oversee every aspect of a project from technical design and detailing to production, assembly, and maintenance.

As a graduate on architecture and building environment, Octatube is the place to start your career. A place where you will apply and share your knowledge on real projects and will be part of a multidisciplinary, passionate, and dynamic group of people. 

Some of the options you could have by working with us are starting as a project leader, project coordinator, procurement engineer or sales engineer. In each role, you would contribute with your skills to our singular design projects. As a team member you would see how complex projects develop from early design stages to installation. Based on our experience we understand well that bringing together individual skills and talents is essential to Octatube's purpose: creating challenging architecture.

We encourage all Octans to bring out the best in themselves and each other. You will be the director of your own path within Octatube. We trust one another and give each other space to make their own decisions. We do not believe in traditional management structures so we have implemented a self-organizing system (Holacracy) that articulates the agreed responsibilities for each Octan.
As a starter, you would be in a position to look within the different teams and discover or further develop your interests, skills and talents. This would also be an opportunity to explore how you could and would like to contribute to Octatube by learning, sharing and growing in a nice environment. 

You become part of our vibrant community of Octans who all have passion for unique architecture and engineering. Besides hard work and challenging ourselves, we think it is equally important to bond with each other and engage in a relaxed setting. Our Party Committee is actively organizing parties, sport tournaments, field trips etc.
