Job Overview:
We are seeking for a passionate and motivated recent graduate to join our company in the southern part of Germany. As a part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and to grow without any limits. In this entry-level role, you will assist in managing and engineer various façade projects, collaborating with team members, and ensuring successful delivery of façade projects in Germany and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining customer relations and ensuring effective communication with all involved parties like architects, façade engineers and specialist suppliers
• Develop strong and effective working relations with all project stakeholders, and ensure they are informed and updated as the project progresses.
• Lead a small team of engineers and draftsmen
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues.
• Design and Engineering of the façade projects until approval of the client / architect in 2D and 3D
• Material take-off, preparation of inquiries and evaluating offers after
• Complete preparation of workshop- and installation documents
• Assisting in project planning, coordination, risk management, and budget and deadline control and reporting

Qualifications:
• Recent graduateny Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and/or Building technology and/or Civil Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Eager to dive into new matter, learn new technologies and being a proactive person
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and in written
• Basic knowledge of the German language is a pre.
• Skills in working with 2D (Autocad®) and 3D (Rhino®) software
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Open to travel to projects in Germany and/or abroad
