Space&Matter is an Amsterdam-based architecture office that designs with a circular, social and adaptive approach. We blend experimentation with pragmatism, integrating expertise from architecture, urban design, and strategic thinking. Our projects maximize adaptive use, allowing for changing needs and future reuse.

With a multidisciplinary team of 20+ architects, designers, makers, and thinkers, we work on projects of all scales and stages. Our focus lies on creating functional and sustainable spaces that contribute positively to communities and the environment.

What to expect:

  • Working on design proposals
  • Physical modelmaking
  • Working on visualizations
  • Preparing presentations
  • Joining meetings
  • Inhouse presentations
  • Drinks every two weeks
  • A monthly stipend according to the Dutch association of architects’ standard

What we expect:

  • Minimum availability of 4-6 months
  • EU work eligibility
  • Proof of enrollment at a university
  • Erasmus is a plus
